Extra-heavy-duty structural tubing (1½ inches) for gate posts
This substantial, spindle-shaped forged round tube in the 48.3 mm (equivalent to 1 ½ inch) size is the most robust version in our spindle series. With an increased wall thickness of 3.5 mm it offers exceptional stability. It is ideal as a load-bearing gate post, main post for heavy fencing systems or as a dominant design feature in architecture.
Please note when planning that the forged usable length is approx. 2800 mm . Due to the manufacturing process, a smooth section of approx. 200 mm remains at one end (machine clamping length).
