Our pipe connectors / clamps are manufactured in accordance with the BS EN 1562 standard and are subsequently hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. Unlike many other pipe connectors, our pipe connectors also undergo surface finishing by means of galvanising (electro-galvanising), and all this is carried out in compliance with the ISO 14001 environmental management standard. The additional process of electro-galvanising not only enhances the appearance of the pipe clamps but also makes them more resistant to external influences and less prone to reactions when used with other materials. This ensures a longer service life. The stainless steel adjusting screws (self-tapping screws) not only provide enhanced corrosion resistance but, thanks to their high clamping force (tightening torque of 40 Nm), also enable stable and secure structures. Our tube connectors are ideal for shopfitting, railing construction, scaffolding, exhibition stand construction, shelving, stables and paddocks. The tube connectors are available in six sizes. The first three digits describe the connector type, whilst the last two digits indicate the tube size, omitting the decimal place. For example, for a right-angle elbow and a tube with a diameter of 48.3 mm (corresponding to the 1 1/2-inch trade designation), the order number would be: 125D48.

As this is an international measurement, the actual internal diameter is slightly larger to accommodate all comparable pipe sizes across different countries. For example: A27 is suitable for pipes with a diameter of up to 28 mm.
