Bar stock: Wrought iron in many varieties

Our extensive range of bar stock includes flanged bars in various lengths, hammered tubes, square bars, serrated strips and decorative lattice bars. In addition, we stock various perforated strips, square bars, handrails and long products, including six-metre-long smooth round, square and rectangular tubes. Last but not least, our range includes Hespen iron. This is a profiled flat steel, which can be used, for example, in fence construction. Products in a range of sizes can be found in almost all product groups within FeNau’s bar stock range. Square tubes are available in lengths of 3,000 and 6,000 millimetres, with varying wall thicknesses and side lengths (e.g. 20x20 to 120x120 millimetres).

Bars, tubes, strips – products made from high-quality steel

The bar stock from the wrought iron range in the FeNau online shop is not only suitable for fence construction. You can use it for stair railings, metal gates, decorative grilles and fall protection, amongst other things. With all products in the range, it is not only the quality of the material that impresses, but also the aesthetic appeal. This applies in particular to products such as turned and hammered square bars, decorative grilles and hammered handrail curves. FeNau offers you metal bars cut to very precise dimensions, which are generally manufactured from raw S235JR steel. S235JR steel is particularly easy to shape. It is also excellent for welding and offers good strength. Owing to these properties, this steel – formerly known as St 37-2 – is a highly sought-after material. As the bars are mostly made from raw steel, they should be protected against adverse environmental conditions, for example by applying a suitable coating.

FeNau is a metal trading company based in Fürth, Middle Franconia, which has been in operation since 2012. It sells ‘finished parts made from steel, cast steel and stainless steel’. Part of the online shop’s overall range is the extensive wrought iron assortment, comprising more than 2,000 individual products. In addition to bar stock, the wrought iron products include, for example, locks and accessories, welded bends, fence posts and fence rails, as well as decorative bars.
