Pre-assembled bundles are designed for maximum efficiency in the workshop and on the production line. They consist of pre-assembled steel components and are ideal for mass production , standardised designs and projects with clearly defined processes. At FeNau, pre-assembled bundles are put together in such a way as to enable rapid and structured further processing.
The use of prefabricated assemblies significantly reduces internal set-up times, as sorting and preparation have already been carried out. This is particularly advantageous for recurring components, sub-assemblies or similar metal structures. Material provision is simplified and production processes can be planned more effectively.
Typical applications for pre-assembled bundles include railing and fencing systems, frame structures, jig and fixture construction, and industrial applications.
