The best value for money choice for larger construction projects. These post caps for 90x90 mm square timber are made from solid high-grade steel (Q235) and are electro-galvanised. They provide ideal basic protection for carports, shelters and solid garden fences by effectively shielding the end grain from moisture.

We manufacture with a slight oversize of 1 mm. This is particularly important for pressure-treated timber, which is often still ‘wet’ when used outdoors and swells slightly. This ensures the cap fits perfectly.
